Please provide a stool for shorter people. I'm 5'5" and REALLY struggled with compressions because I couldn't get over the mannequin enough. Also, the mannequin I used was REALLY difficult to ventilate.

Otherwise, was super fast and convenient.

I had such a positive experience with Bayside, it was so quick and easy I cannot recommend them enough. They were super responsive whenever I had questions while at the site and the process was very self explanatory once I arrived. As a former FF/EMT and a current PA, I love supporting local FF/medic owned businesses, especially when they’re as well set up as this one! Just pay close attention to the parking signs and make sure to park accordingly.

Extremely simple, but very effective. I ultimately went with Bayside RQI because my institution did not have any classes within my required timeframe. The online modules were well thought, and the skills assessment was very insightful. I was doubtful to get my skills assessed with a mannequin but they provided real time feedback on my depth/ recoil and rate of compressions as well as even the exact volume of air with each ventilation. I actually had to adjust my technique and it helped fine tune my hands on skills. Highly recommend especially for in-hospital staff that will have these experiences regularly and need to get their certs quickly while also refreshing their skills. I plan to recert here in the future!
