After the online portion it was as a quick and easy process for the skills and they give you pointers before you get in there so you can pass in a timely manner! I had a great experience with Bayside CPR at the Laurel, Maryland site. I chose to do the hands on skills with this company. The space was clean & quiet. The equipment was top notch. The company kept in contact with me via text 24-48 hours prior to my scheduled time. They provided tips from how to find the suite and how to be successful in performing hands on BLS skills. One suggestion would be to update the suite number on all correspondence, but I was able to get assistance immediately once I called for the update. Overall I give my experience a 10/5.
