Convenient for those with busy schedules and if you prefer a solo setting. Interesting/helpful to get feedback from a computer that can calculate the correct pressure and frequency of chest compressions via the connected manikins. If you have questions, they can help you via text or the Ring camera.
It was very good experience to test ny skill.
This is an excellent program. I highly recommend it.
Learned a new skill and thanks so much
It was easy and seamless. You are walked through the entire process from start to finish.
Super easy yet incredibly helpful! Will always return here for renewals.
Very good service
It was very easy to make an appointment online and great communication regarding appointments. Mannequins are very responsive and easy to sign in and clear instructions and assistance for each step. Someone is there by camera if you need assistance. Will use again!
Easy to access, clear communication & clean!
Photo from customer review
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making it possible to complete the course independently. However, since it is an automated system, I couldn’t ask the instructor questions right away, which was a bit disappointing. I also wanted to practice a wider range of ACLS procedures, but I felt the program was somewhat limited in that regard.
Super fast and easy experience. The detailed instructions provided were perfect. Will look to be re-certifying this way going forward.
I found out that it is better than a person watching because the computer is able to detect if I am pushing the chest enough, giving enough oxygen , and the rate of compression is faster or slower. I know that I am going to do it correctly,

The direction is very clear and simple enough to understand

Easy to find the place
Thank you
Easy process signing up online, and this location has more scheduling options. If you're willing to be minimally supervised (ring camera to communicate) while you go through the RQI system using the mannequins then this will work for you. Mannequins work fine with proper feedback.
Only downside is that they greeted me when I first got there, but when I waved at the camera with a question sometime during the process, they never responded.

I would use them again.
Excellent experience. I was able to get through my skills portion with the assistance of the instructor through the video camera. I will be using returning for all of my recertifications
I love it! You come and you train yourself in quiet environment with an accurate feedback for your performance.Just right and promotes your ability to focus and improve.
I recently completed my BLS and PALS certification through the RQI station skills session and was very impressed. The hands-on practice with real-time feedback helped me fine-tune my CPR and emergency response skills. The RQI system is efficient, easy to use, and ensures you’re performing at the highest standard. Highly recommend this modern and effective training!
Very easy to access the facility and self-explanatory process. Very quick and no issues encountered.
Really timely and great support even though there is no instructor in person!
Streamlined experience, well organized, competitive price, would recommend.
