I cannot recommend this impersonal option at all. Been certified BLS since 1992. Been on over 20 real codes, in and out of hospital. Taught CPR/BLS for years and can unequivocally state the testing parameters of the (my) adult mannikin were too tight and do not, can not, reflect a provider's ability in a real situation. Trust me, all be well if you vary rate and depth 5-10% over the course of a 10 minute code. And you will! It failed me four times with scores never broaching 30%; Inaccurate, unreal and unbelievable. In the middle of my third attempt, the ORG calls me and someone says she can help me over the phone! Oh Good Lord! How, I wonder? She has no advanced certs and has been BLS for only 4 months. She's there to handle technical questions, she says. Outsourced customer support or CPR...BS. I bailed and will find a real evaluator, someone I've worked with in the field, someone who really knows, not an electro-mechanical linked manikin on a computer driven algorithm.
