How to Get to the Newark NJ Self-Guided Station and Find the Entrance

  • Location Overview

Same Day CPR training station is located at 290 Chestnut Street, Suite 207, Newark, New Jersey, in Essex County.

  • Parking
  • You can park anywhere in the parking lot at the property. Parking is convenient and located close to the building entrance.
  • Entering the Building and Finding the Self-Guided Station
  • Enter through the main door with the Same Day CPR sticker. Once inside, walk straight through the lobby.
  • Take the elevator to the second floor. When you exit the elevator, you will see a Same Day CPR logo sign. Continue straight, following the directional arrow toward Suites 207–214.
  • Turn right, then follow the hallway where you will see Same Day CPR stickers again. Turn left and continue straight. The training suite is next door past the barber shop.
  • Check your confirmation email for the door access code to enter Suite 207. Once inside, you will find the Same Day CPR American Heart Association Self-Guided Station directly in front of you.

Highly recommend getting your certification here! I did the BLS course and it was very quick (only about 20-25 minutes) because instead of having the entire class get certified at the same time they do it individually so you only have to worry about yourself doing the skills assessment. Also, you’re allowed to retry it as many times as it takes and the machine gives clear instructions and feedback to allow you to do better your second time, it only took me two tries!
