Loved the pace of this course! It made renewing my BLS so much easier! The space was clean and well kept! The instructions on parking and location were so helpful! The staff is extremely timely in responses!! Will definitely use again!

I highly recommend this company for CPR training. It may seem odd to not have an instructor present, but everything is well explained and the computer walks you through all you need to know. Everything went seamless!

I like the way you have it set up to be completely individual. It’s quick and effective. I think it’s a little expensive for a self paced course, but I’m not too sure of the price for other programs

Was a convenient and clear process! Everything went smoothly and I got the training and certification I needed.

Convenient for those with busy schedules and if you prefer a solo setting. Interesting/helpful to get feedback from a computer that can calculate the correct pressure and frequency of chest compressions via the connected manikins. If you have questions, they can help you via text or the Ring camera.

Great set up and encouraging all the way!

I would use this organization again. I am an ER doctor, and this was very smooth and easy to complete. They set up the online portion for me, which took the longest. The in-person exam had a time slot but I was able to finish ACLS, PALS and BLS on my same time slot back to back without waiting.

Sarah was extremely positive and the session was efficient and well-run. The cost through Bayside CPR was less than through my institution - will be renewing here again in 2 years!

Update April 2026: when my work schedule suddenly changed the day BEFORE my scheduled hands-on session, the team at Bayside CPR was quick to respond, reschedule, and reassure me. The video instructions were CLUTCH. I appreciated the pace of the online skills course and was confident in my skills at the end of the session.

This was by far the best set up. Every step is explained and it is all presented very well. I was impressed by the entire process. I left feeling confident in my ability to provide high quality CPR to children and adults. 5 stars!

Loved this training space to practice my skills! Instructions were clear and concise. Would have appreciated more room for switching roles for infant CPR, but I made it work. Overall, great experience!

Great resource! Love the scheduling flexibility! It was easy to find and was super clean and organized! The educational videos, prompts, and guidance were all very helpful!

Very quick (1hr max in person testing) but thorough and foolproof experience!! I love that I could just walk in, log in, do my test and return to work! I’ve been trained before but this is a good refresher course OR for those just starting out! Loved the visuals and especially the CLEAR & QUICK feedback from the machine while testing! Thank you.

I have never done a hybrid CPR class before but I’m so glad I did! This was awesome! The skills lab was very cool. Seeing the depth and rate of compressions in real time as well as the respirations and feedback was super helpful. Being able to take your time, practice, and retry various skills without a bunch of people watching made things so much easier and more enjoyable. The building wasn’t in a great area and the bathroom was not clean, but you’re there for such a short amount of time it doesn’t impact the overall experience too much. Would definitely get CPR re-certified here again!

A really great place and walks you through the entire time, give you as many chances to get it correct, if you have any issues someone will be on the camera to help you.

I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was extremely welcoming and helpful. He took the time to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. This was the most seamless BLS I have taken. Everything was well communicated and I had no issues with the online portion or the skills session. I will be going to them for my renewal every time from now on.

The whole process and instructions was very clear and easy. The place for the skills evaluation was clean and easy to access with the instructions on the email they send. As soon as i was done with my in person skills portion, i instantly received my BLS certification on my email (this is the option i chose).
Working with the self-guided system was a good experience, the computer guides you on every step and theres a video you can watch for a refresher before you do your part.

Wish there was an option for an in person instructor but otherwise was great!

The CPR practice session was very helpful and enjoyable. The instructor was friendly and made the learning environment comfortable. I had the opportunity to practice CPR hands-on using a mannequin, which really helped me understand the correct technique. After the session, I felt confident and happy with the skills I learned. I would definitely recommend this training to others.
