Our FAQ

Explore our FAQs to learn more about our courses, RQI self-guided automated stations, certifications, and other services. For additional help, our team is always ready to assist.

Where is the Automated RQI Self-Guided Station located?

Our Automated RQI Self-Guided Station is located at: 9921 Stephen Decatur Highway, Unit C3, Ocean City, MD 21842.

This facility provides a quiet, convenient, and private environment where learners can complete their Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) sessions at their own pace.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM every day.

Most RQI sessions usually take around 30 minutes, though the exact time can vary depending on the course you select.

This is a common question. As a recognized AHA Training Center, we ensure that you receive the same American Heart Association certification whether you complete a traditional in-person course or an RQI automated skills assessment. The certification from AHA is consistent across all training methods.

It’s important to know the difference between fully online, non-AHA CPR certifications and the blended learning approach offered by Same Day CPR. As an official American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, we follow AHA guidelines strictly and provide only recognized AHA certifications.

Many employers are cautious of “online CPR certifications” from companies that claim to follow AHA standards but issue their own cards. These are not valid in real-world settings and are often misleading.

How Same Day CPR Courses Work:

  • Online Learning: Complete the knowledge-based portion of the course online at your own pace for flexible learning.

  • Hands-On Skills Session: Attend a brief in-person session at one of our authorized locations to demonstrate your skills, either with an AHA-certified instructor or via our popular AHA RQI Automated Station.

The in-person component is mandatory for all AHA-certified courses to ensure practical competency, which is required for official certification.

In Summary:

  • Same Day CPR is an official AHA Training Center.

  • We issue only official AHA certifications, valid for 2 years and recognized nationwide.

  • Our courses combine online learning with mandatory in-person skills assessments.

  • We do not provide invalid online-only certifications.

Our blended learning courses meet all requirements for official AHA certification, fulfilling employer standards. For any verification or concerns, employers can contact us directly at 888-840-5527 or info@samedaycpr.com.
