Renewing my ACLS has never been this fast nor easy. The online class was easy to navigate. I was very impressed with the skills portion. I loved that I was the only one and the computer provided great real-time feedback. I completed the skills section in 15 minutes. The room was set up so everything was ready to use. I will use this pathway for all my renewals in the future.

I received emails and text messages which clearly instructed about the class and all the nitty-gritty parts of the session; to go as far as sending video lessons to help me to have a success. If your ACLS/PALS/BLS is expiring the next day this is the place to register and get your license the same day. I did my PALS, it was very convenient for me. I did online modules @ home which were very useful and skills session on-site which took me max 45min and I was done.
They have multiple locations and many open slots. I had to reschedule my skills session for some personal reason and it was very convenient rescheduling it.
Also, I really like the fact that you are by yourself doing skill in a room. It's all computerized. You perform CPR and it gives you feedback with small demo vdo on how to improve. And if you have any problem with computer or mannequin there is a live person available on ring camera to guide you.

Extremely convenient and much easier than to manage than other bigger organizations. Very clean facility I highly recommend and will definitely return for recertification
