Overall it was a positive experience for the first time using this type of CPR Hands on Skills lab. The room was very small and got very hot quickly. The person on the speaker was difficult to hear and understand. Terminology of “DONT INTERRUPT” should be explained because I thought it meant KEEP GOING, DONT STOP, when it meant stop and don’t interrupt #2 Rescuer. Once I knew that it was a lot easier. Definitely less “forgiving “ than a manned skills lab. 2 person CPR was actually easier here than with real people, and I liked that. Shared public bathroom needs some tidying up.

Ive gotten recertifications in cpr many times as a healthcare worker and same day cpr is by far the easiest and quickest way i’ve been able to get my certification! If it’s your first time getting a certification it may be a bit challenging if you are unfamiliar with the equipment, but there’s more than enough resources provided to you to help you along the way! I had a great experience with the one-day CPR training. The one-on-one setup using a manikin and laptop was surprisingly very effective. At first, I was unsure how it would work without an instructor physically present, but it exceeded my expectations. I actually found it easier to focus on performing high-quality CPR since I didn’t feel self-conscious about others watching me. The real-time feedback from the manikin itself, combined with hands-on practice, helped me truly understand and improve my technique.
