Available training includes BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver CPR AED, and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED. You can choose an online course with an in-person skills session or select an available skills-only option if you have already completed the required online portion.
Yes. Same Day CPR offers a streamlined certification process that allows you to complete your required online coursework, attend a hands-on skills session, and receive your official AHA Course Completion eCard the same day after successfully completing the requirements. Availability depends on the course and location you select.
You can complete the learning portion of eligible AHA courses online through the HeartCode or applicable AHA online course. However, online coursework alone does not complete the full certification for courses that require hands-on skills verification. You must also complete the required in-person skills session at an authorized CPR Verification Station.
A CPR Verification Station is a location where you complete the hands-on portion of your AHA training after finishing the required online coursework. During the session, you demonstrate your CPR and other required skills using a voice-assisted manikin that provides objective feedback. This allows you to complete the practical requirement without attending a traditional full-length classroom course.
