How to Get to the Pasadena Self-Guided Station and Find the Entrance

The Same Day CPR Self-guided station is located at 825 Southmore Road, Pasadena, Texas, on the first floor of the Harris County Insurance Center Progressive Building. The office is approximately 2 miles from Interstates 225 and 45.

Enter through the double glass doors labeled 821 and 825.
After hours, use the access code provided in your registration information on the keypad; during normal business hours, the door will be unlocked.
Once inside the lobby, Suite C is immediately to your right.
After hours, use the key from the lock box with the code provided in your registration instructions.
Enter the code on the Yale keypad and press the checkmark to unlock the suite door. As you enter, the self-guided station will be right in front of you.

I would use this organization again. I am an ER doctor, and this was very smooth and easy to complete. They set up the online portion for me, which took the longest. The in-person exam had a time slot but I was able to finish ACLS, PALS and BLS on my same time slot back to back without waiting.

I had to take the 2 person cpr sections a couple times but I did it. It also kind a hurt my wrist doing the compressions but I just skipped it an came back to it.

I am starting to believe this is a scam. I signed up for BLS course and after paying $120 I receive an email it can take up to 2 hours to receive the course. I did not. I reach out to the company they say it can take 24 hours. No where is this communicated. When i finally received the course i go to log in and can not so I called. The lady was condescending and rude repeatedly saying oookkkkk. Very long and drawn out. She would say I am sorry in a tone that you could almost hear her eyes roll. When I asked for a refund and to speak with someone who can process the refund she literally put me on hold and picked up the phone to pretend she was someone else. That is so shady. It is not communicated that the online portion comes from AHA directly and you will need to create a second account with them but they will speak down to you as if you are an imbecile if you don't just automatically know this. If this is a legitimate business, which I doubt, they need to update their website and hire better customer service representatives. Edit: The business did refund me and try to make the situation right. They are heavily reliant on AI but do seem to be a legitimate business after all. Updating 1 start review at businesses request since they did try to rectify the situation.
