I suggest double checking everything thoroughly before starting ANYTHING. The face mask part of the bag masks were switched on the pediatric and adult, which, when thinking I was starting with a fresh setup, slowed down my testing time as there kept not being good enough ventilation.

The building is super nice, the location is in a suite on the 11th floor, it’s convenient and clean. The suite was clean and secure with a 24 hour surveillance. The testing online and skills were easy and knowledgeable! I thought it was going to be a cpr class but it’s just you, you HAVE TO DO THE ONLINE SKILL TEST before your manikin test, if you have to reschedule just text or call the number they give you and someone will help you! Overall it was a good experience and when it’s time to renew I’ll definitely will renew with same day cpr

Literally the easiest thing I’ve ever done when it comes to CPR. walk in, sign in to the computer, do you testing (as many times as you need), and walk out! Highly rec. my cpr has expired and I got it taken care of within a few days!

Doing the online portion at my own pace and then doing the in-person skills portion (only took me 20 mins) when I was able to really made it so much easier for me to get my certification.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a question about which course was the right course for me and both times, the staff was very helpful. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the online course version since I’ve only ever done it in the classroom before but after getting stuck in another state due to airline cancellations, it was great to be able to do the coursework while waiting for my rescheduled flight then take the skills test when I got back. Otherwise, I would not have been able to start my new job on time. The coursework site is not the most mobile friendly but it is doable! I’m sure it’s much easier on a laptop. It is well paced and informative and I felt prepared for my skills test. It was nice being in a room alone to be able to do it without feeling like you look ridiculous. The skills test was helpful and gave live feedback. The screen could be distracting at times since it shows a live metronome and I would begin to lose pace, but then I would redo it making sure to just be looking down at the manikin instead and it was way better (& more realistic!). Definitely recommend this to anyone needing certified and I am glad I was able to get this done down the street and a time convenient for me.
