How to Get to the Silver Spring Self-Guided Station and Find the Entrance

  • Location Overview

The Same Day CPR / Bayside CPR training location is in Silver Spring, Maryland, located next to the Wells Fargo and Truist Bank buildings.

  • Parking
  • Parking is available outside the building as well as in the parking garage.
  • Entering the Building and Finding the Self-Guided Station
  • Enter the brick building through the double glass doors.
  • Take the elevator on your right to the 2nd floor.
  • Exit the elevator, turn left, and proceed to Suite 250 (Local Works Flexible Office).
  • If arriving after hours, use the suite access code provided in your confirmation email.
  • Inside the suite, walk straight, turn left, then make a quick right down the hallway.
  • Locate the Same Day CPR office and enter using your final keypad code.
  • The Self-Guided CPR Verification Station will be set up inside for your session.

I loved the 1:1 testing, simulation and contactless assistance. The simulations with the computer and manekins help you understand how well you are giving compressions and breaths and how slow or fast, so you get a better idea of the quality of CPR you are actually and if you don’t pass the first it’s good practice til you get it right. I just love the 1:1 simulation without distractions. Thank you.
