  • Location Overview

The Same Day CPR / Bayside CPR training location is in Silver Spring, Maryland, located next to the Wells Fargo and Truist Bank buildings.

  • Parking
  • Parking is available outside the building as well as in the parking garage.
  • Entering the Building and Finding the Self-Guided Station
  • Enter the brick building through the double glass doors.
  • Take the elevator on your right to the 2nd floor.
  • Exit the elevator, turn left, and proceed to Suite 250 (Local Works Flexible Office).
  • If arriving after hours, use the suite access code provided in your confirmation email.
  • Inside the suite, walk straight, turn left, then make a quick right down the hallway.
  • Locate the Same Day CPR office and enter using your final keypad code.
  • The Self-Guided CPR Verification Station will be set up inside for your session.

The simulations with the computer and manekins help you understand how well you are giving compressions and breaths and how slow or fast, so you get a better idea of the quality of CPR you are actually and if you don’t pass the first it’s good practice til you get it right.
