Our Same Day CPR / Bayside CPR self-guided station is located at 820 Evergreen Avenue, Millvale, PA 15209. We are approximately 5 miles from the Children’s Hospital and a similar distance from West Penn Hospital.

Walk up the front steps and enter through the main double doors, which are unlocked from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends (Saturday–Sunday).
Once inside, pass through the second glass door, make an immediate right, and then take a left to reach the elevator.
Take the elevator to the third floor. As you exit the elevator, look for the “Same Day CPR” sticker on your left and follow the directional arrow down the hallway to find our office, Suite 207B.
Use the access code provided to unlock the keypad on the office door.
Let yourself in; you will see the manikin when you enter.
Open the touchscreen computer and log in to your account.
Follow the prompts on the computer.
When finished, please clean up after your skills session and ensure the door is locked behind you.
