How to Get to the Baltimore City Self-Guided Station and Find the Entrance

  • Location Overview

Our Baltimore City training station is located in the Mount Vernon section, making it convenient for healthcare professionals, students, and residents in the area.

  • Directions
  • From North Baltimore: Head toward St. Paul Street and continue until you reach the 1300 block.
  • From Downtown Baltimore: Travel toward the Mount Vernon neighborhood via major streets like Charles or Maryland Avenue, then proceed to St. Paul Street. The building will be on the 1300 block.
  • Parking
  • Plenty of on-street parking is available around the building, making it convenient to stop right near the entrance.
  • Entering the Building and Finding the Self-Guided Station
  • Enter through the door at “1307 St Paul St” using the code provided in your confirmation email.
  • Walk straight ahead up the stairs. At the top, locate the door with the Same Day CPR sticker and enter the code again from your confirmation email.
  • Once inside, walk straight, turn right, then right again.
  • The next door’s keypad is disabled; simply pull it open.
  • Make an immediate left, and you will see the large Bayside CPR logo on the door—this is your self-guided station.

I utilized the online option for my PALS recertification. The AHA online portion was sent quickly. Once completed, I went to the Baltimore City RQI location for the skills check portion with the mannequins. I was able to leave a night shift and go directly to the RQI location because there are many convenient time slots. The instructions are very clear and the mannequin/computer setup tells you how to improve your skills. The AHA ecard came directly to my email without issue. I will definitely use this company again!

It was an amazing and quick experience. I went with the online option and passed at the 1st try. I went to the Baltimore City location for the skills section with the mannequin. I passed the adult portion very quickly. I had some trouble performing CPR on the child mannequin, someone spoke to me and helped through the camera because I was by myself. I got my certificate on thesame day, but then I needed one with the instructors name on it. I called and the person I spoke with was so nice and got me a new certificate. I really appreciate their help and this was an awesome experience overall. I highly recommend Bayside CPR, they're the best.

This was the most convenient ACLS/BLS course I have ever taken! They have so many locations and times available. It was so easy to work around my schedule as a physician. They were great communicators and even called me to set up the course and payment. I feel like Bayside CPR went above and beyond and I will be using them for my certification renewal from now on.

For reference: I did the ACLS online and skills as well as the BLS online and skills using the RQI software and manikins. There was no instructor in the course that I signed up for and I was able to work at my own pace over the allotted time (plenty of time by the way)

We get this question often. As a national AHA Training Center, we confirm that you will receive the same official American Heart Association certification whether you complete our traditional in-person course or our efficient automated skills assessment. The AHA provides uniform certification regardless of the training method.

It’s important to understand the difference between purely online, non-AHA certifications and the blended learning approach offered by Same Day CPR. We are an official American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center, strictly following AHA guidelines and providing only official AHA certifications.

Many employers are cautious about “online CPR certifications” from companies that claim to “follow AHA guidelines” but issue their own, non-recognized cards. These hold no real-world value and are often considered scams.

Same Day CPR offers AHA courses using a blended learning format, which includes:

  • Online Components: You complete the cognitive (knowledge-based) part of the course online at your own pace, allowing flexible learning.

     

  • In-Person Skills Session: You then attend a brief, hands-on skills session at one of our authorized locations, where you demonstrate your proficiency to an AHA-certified instructor or via our popular AHA Automated Station.

The in-person skills session is mandatory for all our AHA-certified courses to ensure practical training and competency, a requirement for official AHA certification.
