Training Everyday People to Save Lives, One Class at a Time
Simple, practical, and effective CPR and emergency training. Led by real paramedics, firefighters, and nurses, we help you get ready to help others.
At Same Day CPR, we believe life-saving skills should be within reach for everyone. Whether you are a healthcare professional, teacher, parent, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, we are here to help you learn how to respond confidently in an emergency.
We offer CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, ACLS, and PALS training through hands-on sessions that focus on practical skills. Students use realistic equipment and receive step-by-step guidance in a setting that encourages questions, builds confidence, and reinforces good habits through repetition and support.
When seconds count, training is the only thing that matters. Kyle Hastings founded Same Day CPR after years of responding to emergencies as a firefighter and paramedic. He saw the reality of life-or-death situations and realized that the best way to protect a community wasn’t just responding to calls—it was teaching the community how to respond themselves.
Kyle traded the “wait and see” approach for a proactive mission: providing high-quality, hands-on training that sticks. At Same Day CPR, we don’t just teach techniques; we build the confidence to save lives. Guided by Kyle’s frontline experience, we are dedicated to making expert-level safety training accessible to everyone.
Our mission is to give individuals and businesses the skills and confidence to respond during emergencies. We teach more than just procedures. We focus on how to apply these skills in real-life situations so students are ready when it counts.
Our work is guided by a few key values:
We want every student to leave class feeling capable and prepared to help others in urgent situations.
We hold ourselves to high standards of professionalism and honesty in every course we offer.
From the first point of contact to the final step, we make sure every student feels supported.
We teach both the "how" and the "why" so that students can retain what they learn and respond under pressure.
Our goal is to train as many people as possible. The more prepared individuals we have, the safer our communities become.
Our team includes more than 50 experienced professionals from emergency services and healthcare. They bring their real-world knowledge to every class.
We train over 30,000 students annually across a range of backgrounds and professions.
We offer training in Maryland, Washington D.C., Delaware, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Missouri, and Pennsylvania.
We are confident in the effectiveness of our training. Every student receives the support they need to pass and walk away prepared.
