  • From North Columbia: Head toward Twin Knolls Road and look for building number 5457.
  • From Downtown Columbia: Travel along major roads like Little Patuxent Parkway or Broken Land Parkway and turn onto Twin Knolls Road. The building will be clearly marked at 5457 Twin Knolls Rd.
  • Parking
  • Ample parking is available in the building’s parking lot, so you can easily stop right near the entrance.
  • Entering the Building and Finding the Self-Guided Station
  • Enter through the lobby of 5457 Twin Knolls Rd.
  • Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
  • Upon exiting, turn left and look for the Perfect Office Solution Suite #300.
  • Pull the glass door open, then walk through the entrance.
  • Make a left, go straight, then make another left.
  • You will see the Bayside CPR logo on the window. This is your self-guided station.
  • Enter the door code provided in your confirmation email to access the station.

Update April 2026: when my work schedule suddenly changed the day BEFORE my scheduled hands-on session, the team at Bayside CPR was quick to respond, reschedule, and reassure me. The video instructions were CLUTCH. I appreciated the pace of the online skills course and was confident in my skills at the end of the session.

I have been using same day cpr:bayside CPR for about 6 years now for renewal, and I have nothing but good things to say about their services. The online learning portal is very easy to use, their instructions for in person skills is clear and easy to understand. They also allow you to move through all the skills as quickly as you like. You don’t have to wait the full hour to move on to the next skills, as I was renewing ACLS/PALS/BLS all at the same time. The time it takes to complete skills is dependent on the user - less experience may take longer to complete. All 3 skills took me approximately 40 minutes doing them all back to back. For a in hospital clinician this service is invaluable.

The whole experience with Bayside was great. They send you plenty of emails and videos to make sure you know exactly what you’re doing once you arrive to the facility. I will say, I was a little hesitant to do a class that did not have a
Human instructor, but it turned out to be a really good experience. The ease of booking, taking the class online, and then doing the skills portion and Person was very easy.
